Who Is Kristee Hall
Kristee Hall is an author, emotional encouragement coach, and resilient voice for women navigating both professional excellence and personal healing. She is a mother first — shaped by the journey of raising a micro-preemie daughter whose fight for life in the NICU became the foundation of her own spiritual and emotional transformation.
With over two decades of leadership experience in federal grants and financial management, Kristee understands pressure, responsibility, and performance at the highest levels. But her greatest work has not been behind a desk — it has been in the quiet, uncertain spaces of motherhood, advocacy, and survival.
As the author of #Brooketales: One Baby’s NICU Story and a Mother’s Healing Journey, Kristee blends faith, vulnerability, and strength to tell a story that resonates with mothers, caregivers, and professional women who have endured trauma but refuse to be defined by it.
As an Emotional Encouragement Coach, she helps women:
• Rebuild confidence after hardship
• Find purpose in pain
• Advocate boldly in professional and medical spaces
• Protect their peace in seasons of uncertainty
• Slow down, reflect, and grow intentionally
Her coaching philosophy is rooted in three pillars:
Faith. Resilience. Self-Preservation.
Kristee believes that quiet moments build strong women. That advocacy is an act of love. That healing is not weakness. And that success and softness can coexist.
Through the FedChick Circle and her writing, she empowers single professional mothers and high-achieving women to live boldly, heal honestly, and lead with both grace and authority.
Kristee Hall is not just telling a story.
She is building a legacy of encouragement.
